About the Position

ANFIN is a Religious Charitable Development Fund which provides investments, funding and transactional solutions to Diocesan owned entities as well as other affiliated Anglican entities. Unlike most traditional financial institutions, the annual surplus ANFIN generates benefits to the Anglican Church Southern Queensland as it strives to serve the wider community.

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our CBD-based team in a full time role. The CSO is part of the team that completes all the transaction processing relating to ANFIN’s clients as well as the back office functions for maintaining client records.  You will also provide administrative support to the ANFIN team.

 

About You

With several years’ experience in a similar, client-focused role, you will be developing a career within the banking and finance sector. To be successful in this role you will offer:

  • Capacity to understand, assess and resolve client issues, and provide positive, successful client outcomes
  • Excellent rapport building skills, able to establish and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Time management and prioritisation to manage your own workload, meet established deadlines and achieve high quality work outcomes
  • Ability to quickly gain proficiency in policies & procedures, banking regulations and other processes of a financial nature
  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Suite and strong understanding of banking & financial software
  • A high level of attention-to-detail in a high volume processing environment
  • Well-developed communication skills, written and verbal, with a polite and professional manner

You will be required to hold a current National Police Check.
